Senator- Everyone knows that it's a joke and all but you and one other person has joked about it. Don't be so angry at the lack of knowledge by the AP.

Just look at the Girls poll. Circleville beats Kettering Alter last week on a neutral court and is still ranked below them. Waterford beats East Canton pretty easily on a neutral court and is ranked well below them. Unioto and VC both only have one loss and neither gets a mention.

Just relax, state polls don't matter at all and everyone is having fun with it, so you should too.

Dani, I have solved the mystery. The Ap rankings came out this way to help the Shermans in their Seeding Rank. Just kidding, You are right, sometimes we get all upset over nothing. The second season is getting ready to start with enough B-Ball for everyone. This is what makes High School B-Ball so much fun to watch...On any given night... Things Happen that no one expects!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D

Has the AP ever made a statement to the fact that they messed up. You can't tell me a 4-11 team is the 12th best team in the state in DIV II.

yabba- The Chillicothe Gazette contacted the AP about the poll and they stated that it was how they recieved the votes. So, it's not the poll that's messed up, but the pollsters that messed it up.

well, if the tanks were rated # 12 there must have only been 11 teams in the bracket. or like mentioned before, thought they were voting for the GIRLS team. and "a force to be reconed with come tourney time"? Sorry, can't see it this year or the next 4-5 for that matter. :(

Hitch, If the votes were supposed to really go to Chillicothe then you're right the Cavs would only be 20 behind Poland. I would think another great win over Zanesville should make the final poll very interesting. I know Poland is still undefeated however they have not beaten the the type of teams that Chillicothe has this year. And I don't think it is even close. The Cavs will be ready come tournament time!!

I believe Poland is a very good team from the look of their scores. You dont score 90 points a game if you're not good..

Who cares about HS rankings anyhow ??? McClain was ranked #1 last year and we all knew they weren't the best in the state . It will be settled on the court .
