Wow program, from the few post of yours I've seen, you seem to be an absolute football genius. What next? You gonna say that the team with the most points will win the game??
I think that west is being highly overrated, if all these players they have are so good, why have they not done anything? The ones that have been playing since they were sophomores have because they had to, not because they are THAT good.

Burg did lose alot but they also have alot of young talent that hasnt proved themselves but are more than likely going to this year much like Minford
Re: Who Will Win The Soc II In 2008?????
the burgs jr class next yr is a very talented group. Lang, walker and craigmiles not only started last yr as soph's but all 3 were impact players. I think a soph was starting on the oline by the end of the yr.

Wow IronFalcon from reading your post you obviously are an uptight prick who can't take a comment that was intended to jsut lighten the mood from all this bickering back and forth, how about this grow up and graduate from highschool go to college, and coach for about as half as long as me and you might learn a little bit. As you seem to be a snobby highschooler who probably didnt even play a down of football but watched a few games and thought that you had learned it all

IRON FALCON I will agree with you on the fact that west might be a little bit overrated but also dont forget that our falcons from last season hadn't accomplished much until this year and they to started since their sophmore year (for the most part) and they went 3-7,5-5, then they had a good year last year at 8-2 and made the playoffs so we might need to give west a chance but I will agree that last year watching them play I did not think they looked very good and with Minford last year I had always said that group would be good it jsut took the right coach to get them to their full potential

WOW where do I star in response to such an ignorant comment, I need to grow up, but yet you are the one resorting to name calling. I played football for 9 yrs. thank you and that is more than most ppl on this site. If you really are a coach why don't you work on some gamplans and get off this site which is mostly for fans. Maybe I was also just trying to lighten the mood. You might want to get your facts straight before you shoot your mouth off next time. And also I have been out of high school for 10+ yrs. now and have probably forgotten more about football then you have ever learned, this is obvious because the first thing you learn in any sport is SPORTSMANSHIP which you obviously have none of! Where are the administrators, do you guys just let this kind of name calling go unchecked!?

Easy killer...don't go and tattle on us now....besides if we all had "sportsmanship" none of us would respond to outrageous statements like The Program posted
I was defending myself, they teach you that in football. I usually don't just curl up and die when someone calls me out.

You will see more speed on this years Wheelersburg team than last years. Lang will step in and do a great job at the qb. He is very quick and very smart. They have alot of recievers still with Hopper returning and I will say I think Kemper will be a big guy in that group next year. Running backs... wow the speed there is unreal. Craigmiles and Walker are probably the fastest to in the SOC. The offense is a worry for me it's feeling in some spots on defense but that's where Woodward shine is on the defensive side of the ball. IT's gonna be a great year.
