In an indictment released Friday, James M. Munyan, 37, was charged with 32 felony sex crimes, including 12 counts of rape.

I say death for this scumbucket but this soft country we live in says no.

The best punishment would to shock his testicles with enough voltage to make him wish he was dead, but not enough to kill him.
