Sectional Championship game at Jackson High School. 5:00 pm. :-D

Does Federal Hocking have a chance against the SEO juggernaut?

I'd say Peake is the favorite here, but Fed Hock is by no means helpless...I'd say they have a prayer ;-)

The Lancers just hope to compete and keep it close. Maybe we can get lucky at the end.

Rooting for this FH team will take years off of your life. They seem to play up (or down) to whoever they face. This River Valley team was by no means the worst we've seen all year (that would be Jay Klines NY Buckeyes) but they sort of resembled the bad news bears and we let them hang around.

We had trouble in that P'burg holiday tournament with those big up tempo WV teams. IMO, those games helped us with opponents like Waterford. I have not seen Bob Vales get "out coached" all year.

We need to bring our "A" game. If not, the "PEAKE" will run us back to Stewart.

fed hock is a pretty good team i look for this game to be close...peake beat up on a down wellston team but didnt look that impressive as most of their shots were uncontested...they dont look as dominant as they are talked about on here...fed hock played a competitive rv team who did beat oak hill earlier in the season....after seeing both teams play tonight im saying fed hock by 5 if they can get out on the shooters

I'll take Chesapeake by 10 in this one.

Fed. Hock. is a good team and I believe if the panthers play the way they did tonight they will beat Fed. Hock. Wellston got beat up and down the court tonight and the reason that the peake got those open shots was because they got in the lane and got good looks. Chesapeake beat RV both times this year and the second time was not close... I look for the panthers to win by 15 or more.

Federal Hocking has had a nice run. Depth will play a huge factor in this one.

I guess it depends on which Lancer team shows up. They just barely beat a 7 win D4 team (Reedsville Eastern) last Friday night.

Yes and it was at Eastern and we all know it's tough to win at Eastern. Just a great home court advantage with the fans and student section they have. This game is played on the big and spacious Jackson High school floor better fit for the Lancers game.

Same goes with playing at Fed Hock or any other school

Fed Hock has had some really good teams meltdown in the post season the last few years. But I think this team is a little different. They do seem to play to their competition, and will in my estimation be more than a challenge for Peake.

This will be one of many highly contested Sectional Championship games!

I'll guess Peake by 8

FH has no depth. How many players played last night.....7?
I think Chessy will take the W in a close game.

i think chesy takes control of this one in first half and maintains 10-15 pt spread the rest of the way.

I remember the team Federal Hocking had that was upset in the sectional by I think it Zane Trace or Unioto, not sure which. They were a big favorite and had Garrett and Tate and the gang. That was a melt down. When they do make it to the District at the convo they don't get by North Adams

Are the Lancers healthy?

If so I will take Fed Hock for the upset. Fed Hock is a well coached team who play like a team. Very unselfish and will make the "extra" pass for an open look.

Fed Hock 67
Peake 61
