Why is it when it snows people turn into morons on the road?

I have watched people drive so stupid the past couple days and my hubby wonders why I panic when the weather gets bad and don't drive!

they think its so funny to come around corners so fast the spin around in the road with other cars coming! :shock:

I'm pretty sure they didn't wait till it snowed to become MORONS! Maybe they just came "outta the closet"

I drive around 700 miles a week and trust me it is not the snow that causes this.

well under normal road driving yes there are idiots and then one snow days there is morons!
