I had one of these (a Chatty Cathy doll) when I was three or four. I know it was at that age because it was before we moved to the new house when I was four. It had little tiny records that you put in her back. My Dad's beagle dog grabbed it by the hair of the head and dragged it off into the sunset.
I was heart broken.

I checked out the GI Joes on that site. I own one that was given to me by my sister for my 3rd birthday back in 1965. Its the oldest thing I own that is from my life time, other than a 14kt gold trimmed ceramic "baby carraige planter" that my dad bought the day I was born in 1962.
I also have the Pivot Pool game I saw listed on there from the first year it was out still in the original box. Played it endlessly when I was younger, and have played it alot with my kids several times over the past 5 years.
