ironton schedules teams that want to play.and to fill the schedule Some teams around here won't play ironton Why don"t minford put in a bid for a game somewhere between week 1-10 maybe you all could play us we wouldnt have to go so far to get a game.the team from canada we played before was pretty good so why dis the canada team .please look at your schedule before downing anybody elses

I wasn't downing Irontons schedule. I was just wondering why they had scheduled a Canadian team. I never downed the Canadian team either. And, I don't know if it would be in the best interest to schedule Ironton any time soon....lol

Hey pirates1 I'm all for the Burg doing well. Come August 22 though I believe coach Woodward may get a rude initiation into head coaching. Last season the Burg had their way, Lutz and the boys won't be so overwhelmed this time. Expect a much different team than the one you all saw last year open the season.

ITOWNBROWNS I agree with you. This will not be the same team that was on the field against wheelersburg last year. I believe this team is going to surprise a lot of the teams they played last year. Just seen some of the returning upcoming line. these boys have been working in the weight room the whole off-season and they are huge. I just wonder if they will have the fan support this year after the way most tiger fan's walked out on them last year when they were down?

Heck I have seen tiger fans leave when they were wining it has been like that for years, if they are up in the 4th quarter the reserve sets start getting up I never have under stood that. Maybe this year the boys can get a little more support. Good Luck Tigers! and especially the 8th grade team for next year my little man will be their.

I think that people should stick with their team through the good times and the bad. You still have to support them no matter what.
