The competition just keeps getter tougher and tougher as you go farther into the tourney and Ready will be a real test for the Pirates. From what I have read on "that other site" they are a tough, hard nosed, and very physical team. That could play right into the Burgs hands though if the officials will let them play since they seem to thrive on physical play.

Good luck to the Pirates. I know a lot of people wrote them off early in the season when they were sitting at 2-2 and here they are once again back in the regionals with a 21-2 record. Great job boys!!

I don't look for to many Ready fans to be on here, but I'm sure they will be blasting our "farmboys" with both barrels on "that other site". lol

Thats alright, let them blast these "farmboys" from around here. I remember a Bishop Hartley team and coach making the same reference in 1995 and Burg ran them out of St. John arena.

Burg can play the physical game or they can play the finesse game.

Not so bad on the OTHER site! Actually nothing at all. Game at the convo is a big deal for Burg since they have played there the last 3 years with this crew. BR hasnt played this kind of atmosphere period. Depth of rim will hurt them, driving to the point will help them. Burgs D will need to be ready!

Well I guess it is time to go back to my roots...The best of luck to the Pirates...I know as a player I always love to play against the Burg...They have had the best program down home for many years now...Maybe some day West Union can do half what Burg has done...HAHA keep dreaming I know..But it could happen...Good luck Pirates!

Wheelersburg is way too physical and strong inside for Ready. Ready made it there upsetting some teams and I think their run will end. Burg by 10.

The Pirates Defense will become tighter and tighter as the game progresses causing B. Ready tons of problems. I see Burg pulling away in the end and winning by 10+

I don't think Coach Barrick will let this team start thinking that they are actually good. That would be fatal. If they don't bring the intensity every second of every play, they will be beat. That is their key.

On offense, we must continue to have different kids step up and help carry the load when a teammate is having an off night. Good luck Pirates! I hope that no one is "overconfident" I think that most of us just want it to be a good game with the Pirates winning the game. I think that Coach Barrick will keep everything under control. There is no problem there.

It doesn't matter if BR had some upsets to get here, the bottlom line is that they are here, it is who the Burg has to play and both teams are undefeated in the second season up to this point.

Burg will need to take care of the ball a little better then they did last night. Lot of lazy, sloppy passes made last night that resulted in easy buckets for Huntington.
