No respect for the Burg team on JJ. Comparing fairgrounds to the convo. They have never been there. They have no idea. And I think that if southern ohio comes out to cheer the Burg on, it will be a most unpleasant and unforgettable night for those Knights! I dont expect a big crowd from the ready crew, but I could be wrong. I just think that all the bantar the se ohio crowds have been whooping about for 5 years on, they just need to show up and support a lil ol Burg team, a town of 3500, and a group of players that you just gotta like. Strong, physical, athletic, and smart. This is YOUR team as much as ours. Its Your representation to the big dance. Drive, and be there. I will, and I hope to see you there. I'm am rooting for an SOC team. I am rooting for Oak Hill. I love the SOC. I cant go against Bishop Ready. It's my second home and I love it.

I saw Bishop Ready defeat #1 Central District seed Madison Plains 60-52 last Thursday at the Fairgrounds Coliseum. Ready came into the game as a #5 seed. I came away with a good impression of Ready. They have similar size to the Burg, starting 6-5, 6-3, 6-3, with their guards right around 6-0. They showed the ability to punch it inside or knock the 3 down, and they were very unselfish in their play. They have pretty good athleticism but are not exceptionally quick. They also took advantage of quick buckets when Plains did not hustle back.

Madison Plains won the SCOL, beating McClain twice along the way.

I anticipate this to the Burg's toughest test so far, and I'm quite sure that with Ready playing in the Central Catholic League that they have had their share of tough tests, especially a double dip vs. DeSales. Wheelersburg can win this game, but they will have to play better than they did vs. Huntington.
