My blood is red, and I am a South Webster fan through and through but I will gladly root for any team out of the SOC. As you sir, being from Wheelersburg have no room to talk. As stated earlier, Wheelersburg consistently has players that "have not been there their entire lives." That is a complete different situation though, those kids come on their own. What private schools do in the city of Columbus is not right. People can argue and say this does not happen, but your wrong my friend. Let's remember now, Harvest Preps coach, former coach of Africentric had their state title stripped because on an ineligible player, wonder why?

It doesn't matter what private schools in Columbus do. You can't complain about it. You gotta play them so you might as well beat them.

All I can say is 2 regional titles in a row, and going for a 3rd Final 4.
How many regional titles does OH have.

All of Manchester's players are home grown and they should have beat OH, and they had to bring in kids for them to be good.

I will be there Tuesday rooting for the Oaks. I have seen Harvest Prep play, and they will be the toughest test for OH other than Wheelersburg. They are very quick, have some size, and they like to push the ball up the court.

I have only seen Oak Hill once, and that was vs. Manchester, and I feel that the Oaks will have to step up their game considerably to advance. But if they do, they can win.

To everyone who is jealous enough to point out Oak Hill's transfers, reconsider what you said. Every school does it, it is just when a school starts doing good, they get pointed out for it. If you have ever had anyone come in to your school and play in anysport, then you have no room to talk.

When you have two players who combined for 45 points, numerous rebounds and assists in a district final game and those same two players played at another school last season.....you are going to hear the transfer/recruit comments....it goes with the territory....in exchange you have a great season going and a great tournament run.....but with 2 transfers......you can't avoid the talk.

Best of luck in beating Harvest Prep...it can be done.

On the issues of transfers, it is what it is. If it's a legal transfer and no rules are broken then people just have to deal with it. I don't like it, but it's legal! If you look at the SE Ohio schools that have had sucess in the past few years, ie...SW, Burg, OH all have transfers. But look who they match up with when they get to the regionals. Harvest Prep, Africentric...charter schools that do this crap all the time. So we rednecks down here in SE Ohio should be glad we have good representation and root for our own. And this is coming from a Jackson fan which lost two really nice players to OH. Like I said....I don't like it, but I hope OH moves on.

I say Harvest by 25-30. Looking at their schedule Harvest has been tested and survived well.
