Ask Josh Waugh and Jason Merrick about the jump from jr. high to varsity. The difference is the speed of the game, things will happen alot quicker. Many years ago I watched a great athlete make the jump from jr. high to varsity, it was a learn experience even for this guy.
The freshmen are good kids, but they too will have to work hard and make the adjustment to the next level!
