Selective enrollment update;

Hathaway Brown (Selective Enrollment) will play Kettering Alter (Selective Enrollment) for the Division II Girls' State Championship.

Africentric (Selective Enrollment) will play Berlin Hiland (Public) for the Division IV Girl's State Championship.

The Fan wrote:First thing GOOD LUCK to Norm and his players. Officiating has had NOTHING to do with Norm making it or not making it to the State Tournament. Players, coaching and some if not alot of luck play into making it to the state tournament.

That and having to play Wheelersburg quite a few times along the way. :-D

Good luck to the Oaks. Represent the SOC!!!!

I know Norm coached schools have "drawn from" other areas in the past. How about this year. Are all of Oak Hill's players "from" Oak Hill?

2 Jackson players (and darn good ones) left after the Jackson program was without a coach and there was no hurry to hire. Oak Hill was with HOF coach and noticable talent and just 12 miles away....they made the move.

I'm sure the school Oak Hill played before, Harvest Prep, and their next obstacle WC has "drawn from" other areas as well.

Just saw where some "complaints" were being made about Oak Hill's opponents and others in the Columbus area. Just pointing out that Norm has "expanded" his district a bit in the past as well. i don't have a problem with it. I just have a problem with folks complaining about a rule that their own school trespasses on as well.

The difference is, the Jackson players "moved" like I92 said. If it was Oak Hill Christian, they wouldn't have too.

No, he has never made it out of the Regionals and got tripped up again today after losing to Worthington Christian. :(
