will oak hill ever compete in softball?

just wondering if oak hill was ever going to compete in anything other than basketball?
do any of the basketball players ever play softball?
they have some great athletes just seems basketball is all they play
is playing two sports out of the question anymore?

Chances are...if a lot of those girls did not play softball when they were young then they do not have an interest now that they are in high school.

To build up a certain program in high school...its gotta start when these kids are young. The best thing that Oak Hill could do is get involved with the kids that are in t-ball, little league, even senior league and build that program up so that when those kids get in high school they will compete more.

And there are a lot of schools that are definitely the same way.

BUT that can change for sure...just takes time and effort. Encourage others to get involved with the younger kids now though. It can change...tell them there is room for every sport lol.

Wonderful young lady also , super player , saved many a run last year with her plays at 2nd for the 12u Wild Thangs . Can't say enough good about her ! MD

I heard they are getting ready to build a new field..

They need to join little league and continue to build from there. I know some of you don't agree (you think ASA is better) but it's it's the best way to get young players started. If they love the game they will move on to ASA or other leagues.

its at the elementary school
their new field will be behind the high school from what i understand above football stadium supposed to be new baseball and softball fields
