actually, both clinton and obama have announced that they plan to srart a multi-million dollar project to research alternative fuels.

by the way, $3.39 is the cheapest i've seen around here and i guess this area genreally has lower prices than most.

What waste money on something that has already been done :?: The alternatives are already there in hydrogen, ethanol, etc. It seems that when good ideas come up they just seem to disappear, slowly come into place, or never happen. There are some good hybrid vehicles popping up also.

ok, do you wanna buy me a hybrid? along with everybody else who cant afford one?

the alternative fuels we have today (hydrogen, ethanol, etc.) are primitive to say the least. we're not even close to becoming self-sufficient in energy which is what we need to do. if we were to attempt to replace our use of oil with ethanol, about 95% of the nation's farm land will need to be devoted to growing corn. corn not for eating, but for fueling our vehicles

Instructor: Have Pete give you a ride on his pedal pusher. It sure is cheaper than our way of getting from point A to point B! :122249

This whole gas thing is the biggest legal ripoff there is!

It would take me hours to get to and from work on a pedal pusher since I work 30 miles from Ironton.

Maybe, I should get a motorcycle instead. :-D

I can't refuse to buy gasoline though.

I have to get to work by car which means I have to buy gasoline. :(

I saw an apartment for rent today within walking distance of Portsmouth schools. :-D

I can't afford a house payment and rent for an apartment.

Would you like to pay the rent for me?
