this guy is 18 yrs old and i talked to him the other day and hes thinkng bout coaching grade school basketball next year u think hes a good fit in the grade school basketball for head coach or should he just help and b an assist coach?????

Yep,cause It will drive him crazy When they won't do what you go over on practice.
