Nice win for the Lancers tonight, from what I was able to watch. Solid hitting, and pitching, for the men from Fed Hock. Nice game from Zach Burke at the mound, and a nice game at the plate from DeWayne Clark, he hit the ball well tonight.

Southern is 3-0 in league play (with the Fed Hock game pending... its being finished when Fed comes to Southern... score is 9-6 Fed in the bot. of the 5th).

Overall Southern is 5-1... only loss coming to Ripley WV who is a AAA school... and that was the first game of the year for Southern... and it was Ripleys 7th...
Some games have been rained out, like @ South Gallia and Home vs Wahama...

If that game is in the bottom of the 5th with Federal Hocking winning, how is it not a complete game?

That is the only circumstance that would make it a suspended game. Otherwise after the visiting team has batted 5 innings it is complete.

You are correct Tyler Durden. If it goes at least 5, it's a game. It's just like how a team doesn't have to bat in the bottom of the ninth if they are winning.

Sometimes people just don't want to lose. Sort of like paper, rock, scissors. Two out of three...three out of five, etc.

It was an ugly game with errors and walks for both teams. FH has looked a little rusty since not doing anything from last Thursday to Monday.

As for Belpre, they look to me like a team that should contend for the TVC Ohio title, but have struggled due to some chemistry, hustling, and attitude issues IMO. If they pull together, the could be a scary team at the end of the year.

I didn't go to belpre but i can see from the trimble game that fed hock needs to wake up. Getting picked off at second?! that's straight retarded. If they stay awake and pick up the intensity I think the errors will take care of themselves and they'll do well.
