Actually, if Ironton finishes 7-3, much more likely that they would be #7 or #6 rather than #8 in the final R19 standings. Assuming Burg finishes #1, probably not going to see Ironton in first round of the playoffs. There are scenarios where Ironton and Burg finish so that they would play in round one, but not very likely.Better Find Bob wrote:I think Rock Hill should wear Wheelersburg uniforms just to scare the Tigers. I can see it now....punts and leg cramps all over the place.
Burg is cheering for the Tigers this week. It would be like getting a BYE in week #11.

GOOD LUCK TO THE (3-3) IRONTON ''FIGHTING TIGERS'' TONIGHT AS THEY TRAVEL TO ''THE HILL'' AND LOCK HORNS WITH THE (5-1) ROCK HILL REDMEN.''THE TRIBE''--- I'M A 79 GRADUATE OF IRONTON AND PLAYED IN THAT DISTRICT THROUGH MY SOPHOMORE YEAR.BEFORE A KNEE INJURY. ----------------- AND LIVED IN KITTS HILL, IN THE ROCK HILL DISTRICT FOR 32 YEARS AFTER THAT. AND COACHED YOUTH FOOTBALL N BASEBALL THERE.------------------- THIS SHOULD BE A DANDY. AND A POSSIBLE SHOWDOWN FOR THE ''OVC FOOTBALL CROWN''. IRONTON IS THE REIGNING ''OVC CHAMPION'', AND ARE YET TO BE BEAT IN OVC PLAY.BUT THERE'S STILL A LOTTA FOOTBALL LEFT TO BE PLAYED THOUGH. BOTH ARE PINNING HOPES ON A LOT OF PLAYOFF POINTS FOR THE WINNER. THE LOSER IS LIKELY OUT. HOPE FOR A SAFE GREAT GAME.

Tough break for Scott. Red men have a team that can beat the Tigers but until they get over mental hump, Tigers win. Going 21-12

33-7 Tigers at this point.
Traffic will be light for the a tiger fans after the game. RH side is clearing out early.
