Lady Vikes 08-09
Let's try this again without all of the drama.
Most of the championship nucleus returns. Hopefully, Coach Ward comes back as well. I'm thinking repeat!!!

Look I LOVE the Lady VIkes and all Vinton County Viking teams. I just think that there is one person posting on here that should be warned. Ozzie you deleted all of the posts that had nothing to do with Lady Vikes and that is great. But it looks like one of the posters can't stay away and can't keep his fingers still! It is hard to sit and read some of the things he writes without posting something in defense.
GO LADY VIKES!!!!! HAVE A GREAT YEAR...YOU DESERVE IT!!!!! DON"T LET ANYONE GET YOU DOWN!!!

Gilligan,
Apology accepted...Now let's rally around our kids.
Striker,
You should be banned. Just when we start to move forward, you bring us way back. Shame on you!

Gilligan, there is no reason to apologize to me. I never took anything personally, in fact I found it quite humorous at times. At times. I will apologize to anyone that I have offended and for engaging in the negativity.
Nothing pains me more than the trials and tribulations of these past events, I hurt for the kids, my friend Coach Ward and the community as a whole. But as I have said before there are bigger things than Vinton County Basketball or myself.

Jeremy is a class act. He is also a local person that everyone knows and respects. I hope that Coach Hale will have better luck.

Amen!
The one thing I know for sure is cannot not like Courtney, she is a great person, a hard worker, compassionate and caring person. If someone doesn't like her they need to check themselves into a mental hospital. If Jeremy is a class act (and he is in my book) then Courtney should be nominated for sainthood.
Re: Lady Vikes 08-09
Do not understand what went on there, but they lost a great coach. I have had a chance to meet coach Ward several times, and he is a class act. And from what I seen new the game very well. It is hard to please everyone when you are coaching, and most people want to second guess every thing you do. I wish him all the best, and VC lost a good one if all this is true.......
