I thought SP did a excellant job. As with any middle school teams, learning the game is where it's at. SP's coaching staff was coaching their team the entire game. They will only get better as the seasons goes on. SJjr. played an excellant game. Coach Hopkins and his assistants kept the Flyers focused on the game. Their passing and field awareness was the key to the game. Hats off to both teams for a job well done. Additionally kudos to the fans that came out to support their teams. I thought the turnout shows that soccer is on the rise in our area.

The Flyers beat boyd county tonight 4-1 to go to 2-0 on the season.
