I really thought this topic would evoke some debate amongst the natives. With Symmes Valley, Green, Clay, and ND fighting it out for the SOC title and Waterford, Eastern, and Southern in the TVC.

I think Waterford is 12-9 now Southern is 10-4. What is overall records of the top teams in the SOC. I see on here the league records but what is some of the overall records. As far as seeding everyone would like to be 1 or 2 but sooner or later you still have to play so doesnt really matter if you want to go deep in the playoffs. Looks like there are alot of good teams with the top 4 in the soc and Waterford, Eastern and Southern in the TVC. Should be exciting. Anyone taking a guess at the seeds????????

Someone want to try and explain to me how East gets next to last seed and yet 3 other schools have less wins than they do....only thing I can figure out is because they have 12 losses...

VALLEY AND CLAY went against the other SOC teams that were voting for east to be in the 6th place and put white oak in before east. They do this every year to different teams in the SOC.

this is when they need to go on records...even in the baseball forum it was put on there that a team got a 1 seed with only wins or go and two teams with 12+ got I believe the 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 seeds

Were you at the draw Headhunter? I believe can also consider winning percentage, strength of schedule as well as the number of wins...either way, no matter what your seed you have to play and win to advance in the tournament...what would Clay or Valley have to gain by "ganging" up on East...if East was the better team, then Clay put themselves in a position to have to play the better team...doesn't make a lot of sense...

That's hard to tell,

As we all have found out over the past few years, That Clay clan over in there in rubyville have a shady demeanor, and quite a few ill attitudes also. Very well could have been some type of knock on Coach Bailey for some reason.

:122249 You make Clay sound like a subversive organization?? "Clay clan", "shady demeanor", "ill attitudes"...interesting...and no mention of the Valley group that also had it out for East as well...there are 9 total seeds...you had East at something like 10 - 12 and Whiteoak at something like 10 - 4...who would you vote for...to say that Clay had it in for Coach Bailey?? Between those two records how can you tell the difference? You play the tournament...Whiteoak and East as well as Clay and Valley will have the chance to prove themselves on the field...but to imply that the "shady" "Clay clan" with the "shady demeanor" had it out for East and Coach Bailey...interesting...as I said before, it doesn't matter what your seed...you have to play to advance in the tournament...you can't hide...if East was wronged by Clay they should be happy they are going to possibly get a chance to play them and put them out of the tournament...send those "ill attitudes" home...then maybe they'll get the chance to play Valley...who I guess are as "shady" as Clay

I think you have struck a nerve.
It not like it's a secret.
Even on the state level.
After last year's performance at the state everyone
knows of clays reputation.
They have done it to themselves.
