Crappie fishing...
Aint had too many chances to fish this season so far, but just got back from a great fishing pond thats loaded with BIG bass, crappie,...well any type of fish you can imagine, even sauger.
And just got the best fish of the year, a 2 lb 4oz crappie! Some guy on the the other side caught a a 4 lb sauger outta there yesterday, i saw the pic. shocked me cause i fish those ponds pretty heavily every year and had no idea there was sauger in there.

its a great spot, came back yesterday and watched a guy pull out a 5 and 7lb largemouth out in a 20 minute period

One of the best places around to catch Crappie is Tycoon Lake. I caught a 16" 2 pounder out of there last year.
