Coach Fitch

I am glad i was wrong about "picks"? I stand corrected. My comment was made due to all the Parents, Players themselves and Eagle Fans that conveyed that sentiment to me. Perhaps action, perception and reality have been confused. It is not easy being you. As the Head Coach you are certainly under the microscope. It would be the same at any small school where everyone knows everyone. Think what it would be like if you where a big time coach at a Major University. This is small time not big time......Be true to yourself and your players and all will be fine. I believe that you are there for your players. They have "ALL" told me that as well.

10 Players Monday night! How did that go? Give us details.

Go Eagles

Monday night went well. We lost to Trimble by 3 (with Lawhorn, Osborne, and Edler going a combined 0-12 from 3). We were right there. In the second game we got Gallipolis by 8. Both gmes were played wiuthout Mcvey and Helton who are key parts in the rotation.

The monday night league at Wellston will be good for us as a team and hopefully get us ready for Marietta team camp in a couple weeks.

I heard the same thing yesterday. Does anyone know who it is or if this is true? If so, what grade are they in?

Pantherfan,

Have you seen Thornsberry first hand or is it "hear say" that he is that talented?

Wasn't there a Thornsberry who was an assistant coach at Waverly a few years ago?

I've played some ball with him before at Waverly's open gym so I seen it first hand.

Patherfan,
Who on the Eagle roster or in the SOC1 would you compare Thornsberry's skills to?

Fitch will do a great job at Eastern if he gets time and support.

Remember, the night that you threw in 31 at the old Webster gym as a soph.

Now, you know who I am! :)

If he is the guard that played against our CAVS at the Hatton Gym last season from Waverly, he's a pretty decent b-ball player. He has a good shot from the corner if its the kid I am thinking who it is.

Good Luck Eastern Pike :!:

I'm not very familiar with this school. Who is the best player to ever come out of it?

The best player to come out of this school was actually a girl. Marlene Stollings. Mark Cochenour(sp?) is probably the best boys player to ever come out of Eastern Pike.
