This thing is pretty dead. Anyone want to post a scouting report on Warren? Logan? Chilly? Portsmouth? Jackson?

Well.....Chilly has been outside every day this week, as have many other SEOAL teams. They sport a four-headed pitching attack speared by Jrs Bouillion, Keener So LHP Ayres, and FR Bri Dawes. They return all their starters except C, which will be filled by FR Hannah Ray. So far they are looking good and my sister's daughter is pretty pumped. We'll see. I'd love to see something on Logan...they're too quiet over there in Hocking Co.

Sounds good. What was your record last year?

6-10...weather played havoc on what was a full schedule. Here's to a season of warm and mostly dry weather.

Yeah, my niece said it was cold, but coach said it was a great time to practice outfield tracking with the high wind warning. She was outside on the diamond this morning at 10am as well.

WOW!!! Weather has been great for first 2 weeks, lots of good work getting accomplished. 22 girls out, but pretty good quality. Can't wait to hear about others, hope to have a great Spring of SOFTBALL! Predictions will be fun to read, but have to wait & see!!!

I don't believe your information is correct. No injuries to the pitchers and hopefully they all remain healthy.

Thats good. I just herd from a friend who has a dauter at Unioto that is friends with one of the Chilli girls. Are there another team that has had an injury to a pitcher? Sorry for the bad information

Just think, last year, today would have been the first day of "practices". Now some of our friends around...would still have had several scrimmages already in the bag, but it has been nice to see the competative balance restored some for the league. Warren's ladies are still incomplete with their Bball team making a deep run. This team is finally poised to get over the hump and win the league outright, but expect some nasty competition.

How many of Warren's varsity basketball players contribute to the varsity softball team?

I believe the new coach is going to put in the time in effort to make Portsmouth a great ball team. Unlike the last coach who failed to attend the all district meeting two years in a row.
Hopefully Ruby learned her lesson when she skipped all those years of not going to the district meeting and not paying her dues as the clay coach, that she might attend without being forced to attend like her last year at clay.. These girls at Portsmouth have been neglected for to long. Make sure we are doing it for them and not to get our name on a star on the flood wall.

Hey headhunter I know you know alot about coach Keller at Portsmouth Notre Dame. How they looking, Iknow he did a great job with such a young bunch last year! Just wondering on there progression this year. I wouldnt expect them to lose more yhan one or two games this year! I will have to get a schedule and try to make down to see a game this year!

How many GAHS Blue Angels out for the varsity team this year? When will GAHS have a home scrimmage? Thanks. We're gonna miss scorekeeper Steve Ebert this year. Understand he is in a rest home now.
