Very sorry to hear that. He has been a fixture on the Blue Angels bench.

how have the scrimmages worked out? Any news on Logan, Gallia, and Chilly? Warren is looking very good and seems poised to finally run away with the title this year. It'll be a tough year but I think it's finally Warren's year to dominate.

Careful, Jackson followers said the same thing in basketball and how did that work out for them. No league title, no sectional title. Let your play speak for itself.

VCROCKS,
I was at the game, but didn't have a good seat. Can you give me some insight on your perspective? I thought Javkson's field looked very well cared for and the layout was nice. A nice facility with cagesand all.

I hope that all the teams in the league live up to expectations...there is nothing worse than a 2 hour drive for a 4 inning game. Give me a one run game where a late inning well placed bunt is the difference!!

I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone has.

SVCrocks wrote:I don't think that Chillicothe will amount to that much. The Bouillon girl is good but she would only be the fifth best pitcher in the SVC this year. Chillicothe wouldn't even finish third in the SVC...they would be behind Unioto, Adena, Westfall, and Zane Trace and maybe Huntington. They are a decent team but just not that good. They should stick to soccer.
The Boullion girl kicked your butt, Westfalls and Zane Trace!! LOL

Is Portsmouth playing at a new field or still at Brach Rickey Park?

Old field it is. Hopefully no storms tomorrow....but doesn't look too promising.
