Johnson Central? I believe they played Wheelersburg this past year and I was told they are a strong football team. Are you guys supposed to play them?

Johnson Central had a very strong team last year. They are about an hour and 10 minutes south of Ironton. They are located in the town of Paintsville, Ky.

These kids are from the hills of Southeastern Kentucky and play hard nose football. They came up this way last year and beat a very good Wheelersburg football team. You will have your hands full with this group.

WOW, you all sure go out of your way to play some tough teams.
this wil probably be the strogest team you have faced over here..."if they are as good as they was last year"

I think they lost a lot from last year's team but should be fairly good again this year, and they will hit ;-)http://www.burg.k12.oh.us/highschool/at ... 92_jpg.htm

J-Central should be really good again this season.
Nice size, maybe a little above average speed and a very nice stadium.

STM you should be asking what O they run and what D. Who are their studs....stuff like that, I'm sure you'll get a good idea of what your facing from the folks here.

I didn't like the stadium at all there were stands on only one side of the field and it was more like a hockey game with constant loud music and such in between each play. But they didin have a great team. There are a really large school so I would suspect that they have a lot of kids out for football. They didn't have a marching band though so that was a little odd for a school that big.

stm#61, how did the game with st eds go?? I can assure that they will not be as good as them, up down rebuilding or under any circumstances. It really makes no difference what st ed's team you played either. Johnson central will be good, no doubt and i have no clue of your team's expectations but just wnated to shed some light on the quality of your opponent. I do agree with boonedawg, alot of pretty knowledgeable football fans in this area that take their team very seriosly, you could get a good idea about what they do and how they go about the game if you ask those questions. JC will hit you but they don't compare in size, strength, speed, or DI recruits to st ed's.

thanks guys
no doubt they will be a tough team
im sure of it
umm St. Eds was about maybe 3 years ago
and we lost bad
and im sure they will hit hard
every team does to set a tone
and were going to do the same thing
hit hit and hit
does anyone know what type of
O or D the run
im curious but i dont want them to think im tryin to find stuff out on them
im just curious
