PRAYERS NEEDED IN LOGAN
I was informed around 8 o'clock that there had been an accident. Corey Kissling was in a fatal accident on his senior trip in Myrtle Beach. He some how fell off of the 6th story and was killed. Corey was Logan's all-state middle linebacker last year. R.I.P. #45 You will always be with us!!!
Re: PRAYERS NEEDED IN LOGAN
I heard this information from my son who was a team mate of Corey's since the fifth grade. It is a true tragedy. Corey was a heat seeking missle on the field. He will be missed by the Chieftain football family.

Where did this happen in Myrtle Beach? I assume at a hotel. I'm a frequent MB goer and golfer and was just curious as to where this exactly happened there.

Marietta will keep the family and friends in their prayers.
He was very good LB and fun to watch play. He played with heart and passion for the game.

Re: PRAYERS NEEDED IN LOGAN
It is a sad day for myself, my family, and especially the Logan community as a whole.
Without a doubt, Corey was one of the best tackling linebackers I have ever seen. He was an instrumental part of LHS defenses that led the team to SEOAL titles the last two seasons.
I didn't know Corey well on a personal level, but I had watched him develop from Elementary school with the Tomahawks program up through a terrific senior season.
I pray for comfort and understanding for Corey's family and friends.

Re: PRAYERS NEEDED IN LOGAN
Corey has been one of best friends for over a year now. I've never met someone that cared about other people than himself. We were suppose to start the fire/emt program this fall. I thought to myself that i didnt want to do that anymore. I feel like i have to now because thats what he wanted more than anything. I will honor Corey. Everyday i step foot in that classroom i will think of him. Every football game i will think of him. I love you and miss you deeply. Prayers go out to Family and other friends.
