fall baseball/softball

Any leagues going to have fall baseball or softball this year. I think SP is trying to have and 11-12 and Rock Hill usually has a legue any one else ?

Chesapeake will have at least 1, maybe 2 teams.

Rock Hill may put a 9-10 softball team together, but we are not having a league. We might travel around and have a game or two at our place. Let me know how many teams we could possibly have to have a interleague. I should say that I would put a team together, and maybe someone else would put a league together for fall.

From what I've been told by Glenn, each league is responsible for holding fall ball registrations for their own league. It should be done just like spring ball. If your district has a fall league, then they must play in their district. Only if the district does not have a fall league can they go to another district. All leagues, if they are playing under little league rules, must hold registrations for all kids. If coaches are putting together teams, then that is not little league. That is travel ball and they must have their own insurnace and use their own equipment. I guess it is up to each individual league if these type teams can use their fields. I know that the insurance carried by each league, will not cover travel teams.

Fall Baseball registration for Chesapeake will be at Chesapeake Little Leage Field: Fri 8/15 6:00pm-7:00pm, Sat 8/16 10:00am-11:00am, Tue 8/19 6:00pm-7:00pm. Ages 8-12
