The Jackson @ Alexander game was cancelled because Alexander had too many injuries and did not have enough subs.

I went to scout this one. I was told that Alex cancelled, but did not have anything to do with # of players.
I missed 1st Jackson/Alex game, but sounded like Jackson is pretty good.
Unfortunate to have to miss the return leg, was looking forward to seeing it.

In the lastest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Associaton poll released today 9/8, no girls teams in the Southeast District in any division were voted in the top ten.

^^^not a suprise and not a slight to our district, i think they got it right i dont think we have a top 10 team in the state, thats just imo

fu 8-2 over alexander..

score was 6-0 after 11 minutes.....was happy to see alexander get a couple goals late in the game, they play hard and never gave up. I remember our first year...wasnt alot of fun but gotta start somewhere! good luck to alexander and their new program! Tonight was a great chance for our young kids who dont get to play varsity but will need the experience about 40-50 good minutes in.

Those were the first 2 goals of the season for the Alexander Lady Spartans. That was a big accomplishment for them and I am happy to hear that they scored 2 goals. Congratulations to Coach Thomas and those girls who have been playing hard all season. Now the next goal is to get the first W in history!
