Re: WK8 Rock Hill (5-2) @ Gallia Academy (0-7)
Rock Hill will name the score. This one is ugly as Gallia's last chance for a win is in week ten. Rock Hill 60 Gallia 14.

Another long night for Blue. Better gear up for the South Point game week 10 to find a win

Long season for Blue continues this year.
Most likely continues next year.
Possibly a situation in 3-4 years last season included plus this year plus future years wherein a 4-36 type record is possible.

I believe next year the Blue could find 3-4 wins. The following year I could see 4-5 wins possible. There is young talent, but the problem is they are so dang weak. Unless a weight program really starts producing results, those wins I just mentioned won't happen. I really believe it all depends what type of work and dedication the kids can put in during the off season. Feel bad for the Gallipolis community, because I know for a long time, Blue Devil football was such a strong part of the community.

What league does Gallia play in the youth level? Would love to see them get in the TeenOVC, the physical play in that league would help your overall program down the road...

Gallipolis should be a really solid team when the current sophomores are seniors. There's talent at Gallipolis; it's just really young. Remember the names of Justin McClellan and Cory Call for future reference. They're going to be solid players as well as Wyatt Supple amongst others in that grade. A lot of learning curves for GA this year.

Off season work individually and as a team is a basic fundamental reason for the next season success. If Gallia isn't doing this or doing this well young talent won't get it done.
Every above average team in the are does this well.
It takes a village, someone needs to step up and get it done. This program was at one time very respected. Not so much recently.
Is there not a support group that can help fund a trainer or member of the staff that can get this done?

I agree abe. they were always right there in the thick of things in the SEOAL race, and playoffs. love to see them back at full strength, it would be awesome for southern ohio and the OVC. THE TIGERS CANNOT TAKE THEM LIGHTLY.
