Great night of racing tonight! The track was slick but was still very racey. A total of 80 cars were in the pits tonight. We are done for Friday nights for 2008, but are coming back for the first of hopefully several Saturday night races beginning on Saturday, September 6th. I'm pretty sure I spoke to Rick at PRP the last time I was down there a month ago. He has been to RTR once this season and I know I've seen him race several times down at Portsmouth.

are you guys going to start racing on Saturdays? sounds like you guys have a real nice thing going.hope to make it up there sometime.

Yelp, that is the plan right now. First Saturday race will be September 6th. I know that is the day of the World 100, but in the past only 4-7 cars from this area have gone up there. With no other tracks under 2 hours from us running, it should be a big car count in all classes.

Hopefully we will announce 3-4 more Saturday night races to be ran from late September through mid-October. Who know's if the weather is good and the fan and car support is there, we could run longer.

Hey brisco, you get em pretty stirred up on 4m don't you?

I don't know if it is you or not, but there is somebody on 4m.net with the screen name brisco darlin that keeps em going pretty good.

If you are the same brisco on 4m, I think it's funny how you get everybody tore up on there. I enjoy reading your posts.
