They also played Waverly to open the season last year. They did only lose to one team with a losing record in 2007 and that was Huntington.

Here are Zane Trace's Results from last season.

8/25 A Waverly (10-2) L 8-49
8/31 H Amanda-Clearcreek (6-4) L 20-35
9/7 H Hamilton Township (5-5) L 21-28
9/14 A Piketon (7-3) L 27-34
9/21 A Huntington (3-7) L 29-32
9/28 H Westfall (13-1) L 7-42
10/5 A Unioto (0-10) W 49-0
10/12 A Southeastern (2-8) W 35-7
10/19 H Paint Valley (6-4) L 14-21
10/26 H Adena (7-3) L 9-41

However, as you know, you really can't judge a team by their results from the previous year. In 2004 Rock Hill went 2-8 and the following season they went 9-2 were OVC Champions and lost in the first round of the playoffs to Ironton. I think Zane Trace will be much improved, this season. From What information I've found on them, they have a pretty solid group of upper classmen. Because of the youth of Rock Hill, I think this will be a good character test for the Redmen. And speaking of Schedules, this may be one of the toughest schedules the Redmen have had in several years.

The first ZT non-league win since 2005.
A good opening win with Amanda and Logan Elm the next two games.

Tough way to start... ZT's 18 seniors proved to be too much for the young Redmen... RH got beat up front and could not take advantage of ZT's mistakes... Did not wrap up very well either... RH players are diving in but not wrapping up and finishing... Not as bad as it appeared though... a few breaks and a few plays and this could be a much different game... with that said, it didn't happen and congratulations to Zane Trace... they are going to have a good year from the looks of things... RH players have got to HYDRATE better!!! Let's put this one behind us and gear up for Valley at home next week... Great throw and catch on the first TD by RH... Keep working!

Lets change the d. z-t was real happy to face the 4-4.I think this game could have turned out much diffewrent if the defensive front would've been adjusted.

CONGRATS TO z-tRACE ON THE BIG WIN.
I really thought the Hill could dig down deep and pull this one out. As usual I was way wrong.
