Wayne will probably win the state this year and they are always tough and well coached. I look for the young panthers to give them a good game and who knows what can happen on any given Friday. Look at the upset the Peake pulled last week. The panthers will play hard to the last play.

Yes...ask Shadyside about Wheeling Central.

Ohio is top to bottom obviously better...but there are a few really good WV teams. Not St. X/Elder/Colerain good, but a few are similar to maybe a Steubenville-type team.

None taken...I just threw a lil fun barb back. The last part though was just because some people actually do have a somewhat distasteful view of WV...not saying you do...it was for them.

As far as this particular game...nobody knows Wayne as well as Chesapeake. Coach Davis is an outstanding coach. I fully expect a highly competitive game.

WV is a beautiful state with wonderful people. I do like Ohio football a little better.

Good Luck Peake!! Congrats on the nailbitter on Fri. The Panthers are the sleepers this year and will prove many folks wrong. I don't see them at the bottom of the OVC. Also how many have to sit out this week for the incident at Oak Hill? or was it just the two from Oak Hill?

Chesapeake finally took Portsmouth off of the schedule, so instead of starting off the season at 0-2 as usual, the Peake will be 1-1 after this one.

Wayne is a super tough team year in and year out but you have to take and put a little thought in the fact that Chesapeake normally shows up to this game with their heads kinda down after getting thumped on by the Pmouth. This is Waynes first game of the season the Peake needs to suck it up and make plays after any first game errors by the Pioneers and they might stand a chance but over I think Wayne is to big and strong.. Prove me wrong Peake
