This could be one of the better games going on in the bend area this evening; Eastern in a close one.

Has to be better than what Southern at Wahama was. I hope the Rebels pull it out. I am a Southern dude so I don't like Eastern. I say S. Gallia will win too. Anybody got a final score yet?

Eastern 35 SG 8, nice game rushing by Kelly Winebrenner, Eastern looked really good in this game, offense was clicking and the defense didnt allow anything, the only SG touchdown came in the final minutes of the fourth with easterns 2 string in. Nice job eagles to get back to five hundred, first time theyve been able to say that in a while

Great bunch of kids at EASTERN, South Gallia a young team.Eastern finally ran the ball straight ahead for good yardage.Love the EAGLES and have watched them for many years,but if this is the direction EAGLE FOOTBALL is heading you'll never see this face at another game.Like I SAID great bunch of kids,most talented skill kids at EASTERN for years.Good luck to the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

again... just for the record... a wahama alumnus typing this... but i'd really like to see the eagles come to wahama next week and wage a holy war and make these guys battle. a lot of people on the wv side of the line think it's gonna be a blowout... as a realist, i really think eastern can roll over those wahama guys if they let their heads get too big. and eastern eagles aren't slobs... they can handle the ball very well. lookin forward to the game of my alma mater vs. eastern. gonna be a good one. i'd say a really tight game... not a big fan of the eagles... but you gotta give them props on tonights victory.

Everybody knows there are certain principals,standards,and the so called unwritten rules in football.(1) you take yourself out of a game because you're getting you're but whipped and and the guy replacing you is doing the job you sit the pine the rest of the game.When you're up 20 and things are looking your way,you don't go up to the coach with a instant medical recovery and the coach puts you back in the game.Like I said great kids at EASTERN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
