Best Juniors In The Area
Re: Best Juniors In The Area
I don't think Aaron Williams from Minford is a junior.
I believe He is a Sophmore .

Smith for Chillicothe is a senior captain for the Cavaliers, not a Junior, though we wish we could have him for ever! Netter is a very good Junior linebacker for the Cavs, Junior JT Gray was one of the main lineman the Cavs ran over in Fridays big win over Big Walnut and lets not forget how well Junior Tyler Holz filled in for injured Senior lineman Tyler Dunkle. Junior Marty Dunn continues to show great potential on both sides of the ball while Junior Kicker / Punter Drew Basil is perfect on PAT's, 1 for 2 on FG's including a 27 yarder vs Big Walnut, averaging 57 yards on Kick-offs and 42 yards on Punts!Curt Smith - Chillicothe. Wow, what a monster D-lineman.

Derek Roback- Waverly
Derek Arnold- Nelsonville York
Caleb Southworth- Piketon
These three stand out from Piketon's games. Piketon has several more (Jordan Miller, Tyler and Taylor Tackett, Ben Ervin, just to name a few) who are very good ball players and who will only get better.

Well, my fault on the incorrect post about Aaron Williams.. I'll put him as one of the most talented sophomores then.
Re: Best Juniors In The Area

Number 50 for Eastern, has the size, speed, hardnosed.Their playing him at D end, but moves from sidline to sideline very well.Would probably make a real good inside linebacker but he'll never get a look.Keeps his Grade point up and keeps improving from week to week he could play small college . Jeffry Milhoan.Number 2 on that team is also probably the best all around athlete, but needs a little more meat on his bones.Receiver, quarterback,Dback.Mike Johnson.Sophmore class has four or five real good players.

Warren's junior best football player has to be Caleb Wolfe, on "D" he has a team leading 27 tackles, 1.5 sacks. He is the bulk of the "O" not sure on his yards. He plays like Sebring last year sideline to sideline , goal to goal as hard on the last play of the game as the first.

As wildeyes said, Drew Basil has to be at the tops. Netter and Gray both deserve consideration too, but Basil is probably the most sought after as of now. He's at the top of several D-1 recruiting classes who are looking for kickers.
Good to hear about Holtz stepping up and filling in successfully for Dunk. His time has come to step it up. he's had it in him, he just needs to keep working and as it looks like he did, when his number is called, he 's gotta make an impact.force the coaches to find a spot for him. Coaches like that dilemma.
