Just curious, not trying to get anyone up in arms, but I wonder why predictions from a web site based in California mean anything in Ohio? I don't understand.

Who sits in California and researches all of these teams to make these predictions? Or do they just decide based on previous records or what?

If someone who knows can enlighten me, that would be grand.
