It was 34-14 final .And it wasn't that close. Sheridan knocked the crap out of us tonight . They lined up and ran and ran and ran it DOWN OUR THROATS!!!!Caleb had no time to throw and nowhere to run. Cavs only managed 2 big plays all evening and one of those was the 90+ fumble return for a TD. Enough of the Physical talk ,Sheridan showed what physical is and it's not us . : ( ...... Get back on the practice field and turn it around next week !!!!

Very impressive well coached team . They beat us in all facets and someone from Sheridan even won the 50/50 drawing at the game...lol
Gotta agree with both NewarkCatholicFan and Chilltown's comments on this one. This poster believes Sheridan is well on their way to 10-0 and will have to be dealt with in a MAJOR way in Region 12. Chilly had better worry about, well, Chilly. The Crater (spelling?) kid had nearly 300 yards rushing... all on about TWO different plays to each side. Let us hope the Cavs can regroup for Zanesville, Chilly has ZERO easy games on the road. This team was not the same one that traveled to Sunbury last week.
Well thumbs up to Sheridan. What a well discipline team,Good luck rest of the season.I don't know whats up with this Cavalier team the offense looked like they did in week one.No ball movement at all,how do you expect to win ball games when your offense can't move the ball and your defense is on the field all night.I have to say sitting in the stands and watching the offensive line not blocking, the defensive line just getting man handle.it was sad.The defensive ends where in the world were they playing at it sure wasn't Hernstein field.Hopefully this team can get back to week 2 of the season where they was moving the ball.Kid's keep your heads up and keep playing hard.I wouldn't put the blame on the defensive side of the ball, all finger pointing goes to the offensive side of the ball.My question is who is calling the offense?????
Sheridan is the best team you will play all season. Chillicothie is not the best team they will play all season, Tri-Valley(Who beat Logan in the playoffs last year) is. Brian Crader is a very special athlete. Football isn't even his best sport, Basketball is. It sounds like Sheridan played their style of football and set the pace the entire game.
ravens i agree, who does call the plays? run up the middle, run up the middle... geesh, real hard to figure that out. finally started throwing the ball late in the game and had success. sheridan may be good, but i dont see them advancing very far in the playoffs with that bad of a kicking game. and "coach" davidson, teach your kids how to tackle. sheridan did NOTHING fancy. the db's and safety did most of the tackling.
