I think what Ohio schools need to do that want to schedule this team is maybe agree in the contract to have neutral officials from another area!Otherwise I wouldnt sign a contract with them!Gotta remember where you were at is all I can say!Fairland played at Williamson once and there were fans on the sideline with a beer cooler!

Until teams switch conferences, who the hell knows how they would do!

IMO, i think east should be added to SOCII since they have been consistently doing well in the SOCI. Switch them with Northwest. No offense.

If any school moves from the SOC I to the SOC II anytime soon I look for it to be Oak Hill unless they completely leave the SOC

Cry before you get there and then cry after you get back. If East gets beat, they got hosed, could never be beat without being cheated.

I believe Matewan had aroud 2 flags on then for 20 yards

I predict people will see much different East team come this week. Not just a team out to be perfect and prove they are worth the hype, but a team that is mad and angry will come out at prove a point that last week should have never happened.

I would like to know the difference between penalty yards as well.

Just talked to a player after watching game film.East had -120 yds of penalties.Matewan had only 110 offensive yards for entire game. Play of ref whipping flag out for late hit and Matewan coach rushing onto field then ref grabbed it back VERY clear.This was right in front of Matewan bench.I rememberd another flag ,East was 3rd and long.Completed a pass from 46 yd line to, I think,Garrett, for 1st down on 13 yd line,players were coming up the field for next play and then a flag was thrown in backfield.Chop block.Yes sir a very fair game.One player personally gained 120 yards , lol, not counting runs by backs and other passing plays.But yes, we lost.

Same thing happened in 04. It was pathetic. The side judge on East's sidelines was actually cussing at the coaches and threatening them with penalties. The powers that be at the time decided to end the series with them, but when DD came back they signed a multi year contract.

Was Yogi on the field? I thought for a minute that he was the wide receiver for Wahama ?
But you are correct regarding the officials, they warned him once for being out on the field only after the Wahama fans had enough.
No one should schedule with them, they need to go. We even had a couple of what would appear to be 12 yr olds in the stands want to fight us there, then the "police" showed up. I did not know if we would get out of there alive. Everyone should call Parkersburg about this mess

At one point they had two coaches on the field, once right beside one of our Wideouts. I thought he was going to make the tackle if the threw a short little pop pass. Yeah one guy decided to come down and act like a fool and a fight almost started in the stands this time as well, no cops or anything until about the 4th quarter then one decided to come.

Yes they are and an excellent football team.This game was such a pleasure after last week.PTSD every time a flag was thrown, figured it was on East but no.Even, fair penalties and very few. Just one unsportsmanship it was on East and deserved.From the bench though and not players on field.Kept getting on field too far.Warning given first before penalty.Good ref's, good game, too bad only one winner Best of luck to Buffalo and their fans.
