An interesting question...
If RV has played Southern (D-VI), Eastern (D-VI), and Waterford (D-VI) in recent years, then why can't they play South Gallia?
1. The "they are too small" argument is put down by the above information.
2. It would be a nice cheap game, travel-wise.
3. The gate revenue potential for an in-county showdown is promising.
4. Such a match-up could tap into the old Gallia County rivalries that everybody seems to miss so much.
