Which soc1 school has been the most dominant from 90-present

Has any one school dominated the soc 1 or have they all had their share of soc 1 championships in the past 17 years. It seemed that east had some good players and alot of championships as well as green in the late 90's and early 2000's. What about everyone else in the league.

green was pretty dominant up until 03 or 04

Without having a record book handy, I would guess that East has had the best overall titles in the SOC I since 1990. I know the Tartans made strong runs in the SOC for several years and advanced deep into the playoffs.

I would think East would be the best team from 90 until now. I know they won 5 straight SOC's in the 90's and have won a few since 2000.

1999-00 01-02 02-03

in 91-92 season Green was tri-champs with East and New Boston
and again in 96-97 season same teams were tri-champs.
