Re: WK 6 Oak Hill @ East
Turnovers made by both teams, East just took advantage of them and scored on two of them. The Tartan defense came out firing and got a quick 3-0 if I remember right then scored on their first play on a 80 yard run by Garret, then scored two more times by Hoover with Hood hitting him twice for TD's. There was also about a 5-10 minute break during the game for an official that went down had to be taken by ambulance to SOMC.

Re: WK 6 Oak Hill @ East
Oak Hill fumbled and East got intercepted.East capitalized on turnovers Oak HIll didn't.That was the difference in the game.Blue U were completely right on wide out postions.Oak Hill has a tremondous amount of talent. Our defense brought this win in.Made stops when necessary, caused fumbles when necessary.Hats off to the defense.Once again the Mault - Rawlins, and now, Nathan Bradford show brought this victory home.Hope the offense kicks in better next week then I can post about my boy.

riverball....Don't know what your problem with Oak Hill is, but whether anybody realizes this or not, Oak Hill is still a relatively young team and young teams make mistakes such as the turnovers and penalties that they've made.

THe Oaks are a year away. They have good potential but are not very physical. I'd think that would change. Coahing is not the Oaks problem, it is youth. East has a very good team and will be 9-1 and in the playoffs. No shame for the Oaks in the loss.

no they haven't clinched a playoff spot yet, they still need to get some key wins over Symmes Valley, Green, and Notre Dame...as well as beat South Gallia. Then hope Oak Hill can turn things around and get some wins as well as hope Southeastern and Northwest can sneak out another win somewhere. Buffalo will win more games this year which will help 2nd level rankings for us and then if we win out the 2nd level rankings that will help from the teams left will hopefully get East another home playoff game.

Don't believe we need any help with our quarterback! Hood was the one that threw for two touchdowns and led our team like a pro!!

And would like to add the interceptions were not by a bad throws.Unfortunately Oak Hill had some advantage in their receivers.Let's not forget he can also run when necessary.Trade him off for what? What more do you want in a QB?He has a cool, quiet, never gets frustrated approach to games.Since he is the QB he is considered the"pace setting leader of his team"I think these qualities and his athletic ability is quite suffcient.Oh, and trade off player of the week 2 weeks ago.I DON"T THINK SO.

East put some licks on Oak Hills QB last night and spent alot of the night on his butt, a few times taking a while to get up. East has alot of speed on defense and made Oak Hill look slow. I would be really surprised if they don't win out.

I agree 100%.
East is very fast on D. I think Oak Hill played well. They had some turnovers in the game but most of them came off big hits.I think the coaching was fine.
