WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
lose the best qb in the league on a not so potent offensive team. ..
this could be a long rest of the season for my panthers. . .
I still think they will find a way to put up 3 scores on the hornets. . .so CG just needs to put up 4 and this game is wraps

I dont see Cpeake putting up many points with the QB out. It will be a long rest of the season. And with Coal Groves power up they gut they will probley take this one as bad as I hate to say it. Chesapeake has struggled with this all season and will cont. to untill they get some more of a show in the weight room

Regardless, if they played the game in Canada with that officiating crew, they stunk. They had to get together on every call, tried to mark off incorrect distances on penalties, couldnt decide on anything, etc. etc.
Feel however you want. I am not whining, just stating the obvious. I am sure that Wellston and Minford fans alike agree they sucked.
Ask your neighbors in Jackson, I believe they saw unreal officiating also when they played Wellston.
I am not bashing Wellston at all. I think they have a nice team as I have said all along, just the officiating that took place there vs Minford.

If we can stop the 12 and 13 play drives I think we have a real chance, everyone knows what the Grove is going to do just stopping it is the problem. I think our backup is pretty good but as far as Donahoe is concerned he is pretty tough and you may be suprised. Good luck Peake.

12-13 play drives? What about 20 play drives like the two last week during which Delawder got the ball 11 straight times twice? 12-13 play drives are for JV or middle school!

I thought he quit last week and then he is rewarded with a start. Long drives are nice but if you happen to be behind with 2 minutes left that 20 play drive won't do you any good will it.

Ah! My bad. Well... on the other hand, I guess an 85-yard kickoff return for a TD isn't much of a drive either...

Would be VERY surprised if that's the case.
Stranger things have happened, but if you'd like to make a friendly wager, I'd be glad to go with Coal Grove... oh... shall we say a 9.5 point favorite.
Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
yeah black and blue. . i'm sure you would pick hatfield
and fairland is going to be dominant NEXT year. . . no one cares
peake will bring some heat and try to get a few stops in the backfield and hopefully be able to diffuse some drives on 1st down
I just dont know. . . . .they'll need some big plays to beat the hornets

Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
delawder was just frustrated how things were going. he never actually quit the coaches had him sit out a offensive practice to let him think about it. he did not start on offense.
Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
It's probably not a good idea to buy into rumors that are traveling all the way down to chesapeake through 2nd and 3rd hand sources.
As far as QBs go, it's kinda hard to say who the "best" is. As far as most valuable to his team, Donahoe would probably be called "the best" if you looked at it in terms of value to his team.
Black and Blue says Hatfield, 32 says Donahoe. I'll throw a third name into the mix with Clayton Curnutte of River Valley.
I'll also remind you to look out for young Will McCollister from Rock Hill over the next few years.

coal grove easy. they will now walk through a very weak ovc. they are the only ones that seem to be playing better every week.
Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
I heard he was going to get to play. Just not allowed to play defense or something like that. And, no, it's not a broken collarbone. He separated his shoulder.
Re: WK 6 Coal Grove @ Chesapeake
If peakes QB is healthy it will be 33-27coalgrove
without the QB Coalgrove wins 40-13
without the QB Coalgrove wins 40-13

Coal Grove coaches seem to bend the rules often with those "my way or no way" kids..
