He was the assistant peewee coach under his brother. What was the reason again last night? Yep you guessed it outcoached again. Hire him back again he is turning the program around. 0-20 is a pretty good bet. The kids at Unioto deserve better than that.

You don't see a problem? Quit trying to turn the focus in a differant direction. That doesn't advance your cause!!! I can't figure out your cause anyway. I quess it really doesn't matter. Do what you want.

I don't have a cause, never have. You and a few others are bashing the coaching. I merely suggested if its a problem for you do something besides crying on here every week. I guess comprehending that is a little much for you.

Here's what I comprehend. You support your position with no reasons or facts. When other people state facts you say they are crying. Here's another fact, I don't think you would be interested in a face to face conversation. If you are, let me know how best we can get that done..........comprehend?

Exactly what position do I have, that I'm a fan of Unioto sports and go to athletic events. I don't bash the athletes or coaching staff of any sport on the forums, don't see the point in it. Instead I talk directly to the people involved and find out whats going on. Maybe you should try that approach. I personally feel that a face to face conversation with you would be a huge waste of time and breath.Just reading you nonsense is enough.

I must agree Yogi, talking to you would be a big waste of time. Go ahead and support the coach, that;s your decision. Others see a problem in that the program is going backwards rather than forwards. You suggest we talk to the problem? who? the head coach, you say that's what you would do. are you a relative?

The sad fact is that some people can coach and some people can;t. I don;t want the job and probably neither does sherman pride. If YOU want the job, I don;t see how you could do a worse job than the coach now. I agree with sherman pride, the kids who play football at UHS deserve better.

ANd the sad fact is that many of the students no longer attend games since it is now $5 per game and it;s always a blow out. Why not spend your $5 on volleybball, soccer or jr hi football?

Of course I'm related.....I'm related to every coach at UHS thats why I support ALL Unioto athletics. I've suggested several ways you could deal with your perceived problem but none appear to be an option for you or the others so I guess you live with it. As far as kids not attending games ,I doubt that those who don't attend have much interest in attending period, those that do spend most of their time behind the bleachers or walking back and forth and paying no attention to the game what so ever and some aren't going to pay five bucks to see anything and there I can sort of agree with them, thats too much for any event especially for students. As far as kids not playing football because of the coaching, well that sounds like just an excuse not to play period and they will do stuff like that all their lives when they don't want to do something. As a matter of fact, the "rumor" I heard and this was a while back, was that some were not going to play if another person who applied was selected.....any chance its the same kids? Doesn't matter to me if they play or not,its their choice. I admire the ones who signed up from day one and are still there and seeing it through. They will be winners in life. And that brings me to the question that I have asked before and got no answer.......have any players left the team? Can any of you answer that or do you just know about those who never had the gumption to play to begin with.

That's a stupid question. The kids aren't going to quit because they are playing. There are so few, if three or four kids quit, that they might not be able to finish the season. Is that what it would take to convince you that there is a problem? That's a real healthy situation to be in.......isn't it? The kids on this team have learn nothing worthwhile. You don't get it.

Which coach were they not going to play for?

smartguy....did it ever occur to you that so few kids may be part of the problem. That coupled with injuries.

bengalfan.....as i stated it was a rumor...rumors serve no purpose so I don't attach names to them.

That problem is refective of the coaches skills to relate to the players. No experience, no skills. This program is attactive to no one, especially the players. In their minds, there's nothing to gain or learn. Are you that out of touch?

Bengalfan........He's not going to give you any names, he doesn't have any to give. Even if he does, he can't back it up with facts. All he has ever done is call people "crybabies" when they have stated facts about this program. This guy belongs at the VA. It's real close by, maybe I could give you a lift.

Here's a fact for ya......you come on here bashing the program and the coaching and anyone that supports it because you can hide behind a user name to do so. You claim that the program is unhealthy and detrimental to the kids and that they are not learning anything, which you have no factual basis for and even if you did you would not do anything about it.
As far as the VA remark.....I'm not a veteran. I'm sure the veterans will appreciate your slam towards the VA though......but then again they will consider the source.

My comments are directed at you and only you. The program is unhealthy. You've said nothing that proves otherwise. I hide behind nothing. I stand by anything I've ever said. As far as the VA remark.......I am a veteran. The comment simply means you belong in a hospital. If you perfer Adena, I understand and will still give you a lift. I you perfer Columbus, you're on your own.

Pretty nasty slam towards student athletes especially if you are an adult. If you are involved in coaching it would be an even more pathetic remark.
