Heres hoping that Well (QB) is not seriously injured and back. If so Meigs should be the odds on favorite. However the backup came in and did a good job (Brother of split-end?) so whoever is at QB I see Meiogs getting the "W" just a little tighter if the backup is in. Good luck to the Mauraders.

Hmmm, interesting assessment of the pain. I'm pretty sure he doesn't really know how much pain is involved in child birth...if so he's got bigger problems than a hyper-extended knee. LOL

^^^^^ Good Luck...I still think Meigs will rebound this week even though I just learned of the news......
Re: WK 7 Meigs @ Vinton County
If VC uses the passing game, I think this one could be a turn-around for them. They did have some success with the pass against Wellston (as I suspected). Everybody expects VC to run the ball. I will try to refrain from bashing Coach Yates this week, but still believe that his game-plan needs to change. I think VC needs to come out much earlier with the pass. We have several players that can catch the pass, and I believe that we should give all of them a good look. This season is pretty much history, lets look at what we have for next year. A Junior QB, Junior TE, some talented Freshman and Sophomores. Find out what works with these guys so we will be ready for next year. Not much size coming up from 8th grade next year, so the run will probably be as successful as it has been this year. AM I WRONG?

Coach Chancey has too much class to score too many points. No way they score 42...

MWARD,
You are wrong and you need to give it a rest. Like I said before it is pretty easy to say what you should do when you sit up in the bleachers. If you really think you know whats best why not go up and see if the staff could use a great football mind like yourself. I mean since you have all the answers I am sure coach Yates would be glad to have such a guru of the game. Wow, every coach needs your email so you tell them all what they are doing wrong and just how much football knowledge you have.
Why not try this out, support your team, support the kids, support the coach. I would guess you have never put the time in to coach. I would also guess if you did, you would find that sometimes it isn't as easy as it seems from the stands. Them maybe you would see that with high school football you coach what you have, and if you have a team with out much talent then you make the best of it.
Stop trying to start sh!t on this website and man up if you are so darn good!
