Now that is The best group of juniors in the area. These kids are always working their tails off everyday to be a better team. They are the best group of kids i have ever met. Erin edens is the defensive captian. They have faith in these kids. They got alot of heart.

Gonna hafta disagree with you callmespidy, that group of ironton juniors are very talented, but they havent beat Wheelersburg since the junior high days, so until Ironton knocks the Burg Juniors off the top of the hill, i would have to say they are the best....and they work very hard too

I believe Ironton's JV beat Wheelersburg last year which is this year's group of juniors. Ironton and Wheelersburg always have awesome games.

I am guessing since the three burg kids listed above, and add Lang in there to( the burgs starting qb who went down against Ironton in week 1) were starting on the varsity as sophs that none of them played in the jv game.

well if the ironton juniors you are talking about are soo good they wouldn't have been playing JV in the first place, even a large number of burgs juniors started as sophmores last year...so not really sure what you're arguing with me about....the best juniors in the area wouldn't be on JV, unless thats Ironton policy? hahaha

Is Drew Basil the kicker from Chillicothe getting any college interest?

drew is from chillicothe and yes he is getting recruited he is in nc right now watching the nc state game and there is tons of other schools also he is one the top in the nation and the state.. the netter boy from chillicothe also is one of the top players in southern ohio also from chillicothe the program and the cavs website has him at 6 1 229 and ive heard that he is in the top 50 in the nation in tackles and currently ranked 7th in the state! them two boys from chillicothe will play at the next level!

East has a good group in Rawlins, the Garret twins, Blair, Stringer, and Wright(who has been out hurt) With these kids and the youger guys around them they should be pretty good next year as well.
