SEOAL MVPs

From 1925-1932 school officials selected an All-League team. In 1936 and 1937 the Wellston Daily Sentinel sponsored a vote for the All-SEOAL team.
From 1938-1941 the team was sponsored by the Jackson Sun-Journal. From 1942-1948 the All-SEOAL was selections were made by the coaches and sponsored by the Gallipolis Daily Tribune.
1949 was the first "official" All-SEOAL team compiled by the Sportswriters and Broadcasters. Voting was done by the league head coaches. From 1950-1952 the SEO Broadcasters and Writers selected the team.
From 1953 until 1984 the All-SEOAL team and its MVP were selected by the Southeastern Ohio Radio Broadcasters and Sportswriters Association. From 1985 until present they were selected by the SEOAL coaches.

Re: SEOAL History Part 4: SEOAL MVPs and Coaches of the Year
The history ends tonight with one team finishing last, and the other finishing next to last in the league standings. What a motivator that is!

Boggs should've won in 95 and Wolford in 96
A lot of times seniors won over juniors (like everything else)
Great job locos

Re: SEOAL History Part 4: SEOAL MVPs and Coaches of the Year
Amyx had 12 while at Logan in his last 21 years. That is over 57% being the SEOAL head coach in that period of time.
GO LOGAN..The anti-Christ is among us
