Kyle Goode will have a good chance of winning the 3200

yes i would agree that Kyle Goode as a great chnace of winning the 3200 and maybe also the 1600. But as for Southerns' 4 by 800 m relay team maybe the team to bea in the TVC who knows. They placed 4th last year and everyone that had beat them was teams that had seniors. as far as i know the four that ran in the 4*800 last year for southern s coming back. And with Kyle Goode on the team (who won the TVC in XC) will help out the team a whole lot. But Goode as he chance to win the 3200 and even maybe the 1600 if his team mate colby roosberry doesn't push himself. Last year it seemed a if kyle and Colby ran in the 1600 the same meet that they pushed eachther.

It is good if the push each other as long as they don't kill each other.
I hope they focus on trying to win a team championship.

I think a team championship is more inclusive and could be more useful
down the road.

Well thats what they tryed for in XC but got third...1 point away from second place. When i had talked to the coach they seemed all really upset about it. But was eally happy for Kyle Goode Winning the TVC. And i think that is what he was hoping for, to show people what he is all about. And how he's going to leave a mark @ Southern as a Senior, Even in track.

Good Luck to all the Runners planing on running in southerns track and field program.
both the XC and track programs have come really far in the past 3-4 years. No one would have ever thought that southern would have done that well in XC and have a running become champion within 4 years of starting the program back up.

Kyle Goode will be great in the 3200. He set the new record at Southern for XC. He broke his won record at least twice and maybe more than that. He will be good during track season.

GO SOUTHERN TRACK!!!!!

Well i think that since Southern's XC team did well, and improved i think that the Track team will end up doing to same. I think there will be some of the runner's that stand out this year.

I think they will have some pretty good girls coming up this year.... like kelsey holsinger and Emily Ash..... they were a big part of the jr high girls team that won tvc's last year.... if they stay with it these girls will be very good

Yea Southern has lost quite a few people to baseball and softball in the past like Virginia and Rashell. They were so good but they decided to play Softball...I didn't like it...Well I hope the Track Team is good this year...

Go Southern Track & Field... :122245

Well i can't wait to see what Kyle Goode and Colby Roseberry brings out to the table this comming spring. I think that Southern will have a nice solid 4*800 relay boys team. With Kyle, Colby, Dylan Roush,( Drew hoover or Andrew guinther). There all XC runners that ran this past fall. They placed 3rd as a team missed 2nd by 1 point. I think they SHOULD be a force to be recond with. But what i can't wait to see is Kyle and Colby bateling it ou tin the 1600m. But idk because colby had surgry on his foot so it'll depend on how he works. Colby was just as good as Goode if not better in the 1600m

What do you guys think????

Yeah maybe, But i do think there is going to be some runners that will stand out! Like there distance team. Kyle Goode, Colby Rooseberry, Dylan Roush. And maybe some others. Since Kyle Goode won the TVC meet in Cross Country i expect to see him doing well but who knows.

What do u think?

More people than Goode, Roseberry, and Roush are going to have to pick up the slack to win a conference championship.

They are good kids, but three guys don't tend to win a track meet.
