Re: Week 9 Symmes Valley@Notre Dame
should be a tight one , evenly matched. hopefully ND can get a W . After stealing a W up there last year our young men better be ready for a battle. As always SV will be very prepared and well coached. It appears to me they scout very very well.
Bring home the W Titans-----MD

Re: Week 9 Symmes Valley@Notre Dame
Symmes Valley had , I think, 7 kids out for the East game and 9 kids out for the Oak Hill game due to injury.... most have been season ending. Hope the few that were not can get healthy for Saturday. I think the game will be most impacted by the attitude of the S.V. team that shows.....as always good team effort and pride can overcome alot of adversity . Good Luck Vikings !!!!!

Express will he hard to stop ---I heard they doubled their number of offensive plays this season , up to 6 from 3 .
Thats a joke --get it ---- 3 x 2 = 6

This could turn out to be a pretty good game! Symmes Valley is always known for their huge offensive linemen! And, they like to run power football at you. Rusty has made a living at running his fullback at the end on a kick-out block and sometimes pull a gaurd too; therefore making it a Super Power!
Alright! Here we go! Something I don't normally do!
ND faster win! Oooch!
Notre Dame 28
Symmes Valley 14
Most importantly! I hope either team does not have any injuries! I hope ND can come into the East game completely healthy and ready! We would like to have them at the top of their game! Just cause!

Re: Week 9 Symmes Valley@Notre Dame
From the games I have seen, Symmes Valley is going to have to stop the run of Bowman and the other two backs. I haven't seen Notre Dame throw the ball much other than in week 1 against Roscrans but the few times I have seen him throw he has a nice arm so they are going to have to get pressure on him. However I still see Notre Dame winning the game in either in the last couple minutes of the game on a late drive or in OT.

Notre Dame has a talented young team and have scheduled "smart" for the early games this year to give the kids a chance to come together as a unit. Titans win this one 24 - 6 and go into week 10 with a 6-3 record on the year with an outside shot at getting a share of the SOC-I Title. I do not think anyone saw that coming. Good Luck to both teams for an injury free game at Spartan Stadium!
Re: Week 9 Symmes Valley@Notre Dame
Unfortunately, Axe n Shield, you won't get your wish about injury free. ND has had two of their starters out since South Gallia and they appear to be season ending injuries.

I'm sorry to hear that! What grades are they in and what are their names?

Jeff Emnett- Junior
Brad Pierron- Freshman
I'm pretty sure they're both out for the rest of the season. I'm not sure what other Titans are.

I'm sorry to hear this of these two young men. I know they both took several snaps on both sides of the ball for ND.
I wish both of these young men a quick recovery and thank God it is not your senior years! Work hard in the off-season and get ready for next year!
