Both girls and boys games should be very good. Folks planning to attend should get there early.TribeManiac10 wrote:The North Adams/Peebles game should be a good one.
I expect Peebles to be the favorite in this tournament.

I think we'll see Manchester and Peebles for the championship game but I guess anything could happen. These games aren't recorded as league play are they?

The first round games are league games. Peebles didn't get the gold ball last season because of their loss to Manchester in the holiday tourny.airforcejm wrote:I think we'll see Manchester and Peebles for the championship game but I guess anything could happen. Manchester must have put the waterboy in at the end. This was not a 12-point game.
Re: Adams County Holiday Tournament
Manchester took out most of their regulars with 2-3 minutes left and let some other players get some time on the floor for the tournament. West Union didn't and wound up losing by 12. Class move by the Manchester coach IMO.

I was impressed with the attitude West Union players had. They didnt give up and played hard to the buzzer. Huntley scored 18 for the dragons. I was glad to see Manchesters bench getting a lot of playing time also. They did a good job spreading the ball around again tonight with Combs around 16 followed by West 14 and Ricketts 12.

Peebles is up 7 at halftime. For Peebles, Jake Daniels is the leading scorer with 8 followed by McAdow with 6 and Mason Johnson with 5.
