That is a great poem. I had a beagle once. Stolt it off my uncle Buck. I think he stolt it from someone up in the holler. Man that dog sure could hunt.
Hey Hobart, I remember you. Didn't you used to give a shout out to me, Green Dick, Tarzaan, Pee Bug, Virgin Virgil, Stinky and Elvis whenever you drove through town? Well here's a shout out to you old bud. Hope to see when I get back to town in a few months. Maybe you can buy me a dog at the Wonder Bar?

What? The Wonder Bar is closed? Man I been gone too long, way too long brother. I gotta get back before Ali's closes down. The way everyone talks about it on here, I am sure it is still open isn't it? Havn't seen Elvis, but someone in here told me he's dead. No way I believe that. They said he died back in the 70's. But I know I walked the streets of G-town with him in the 80's.
Oz was you one of the boys that used to give a shout out to me and Elvis. Man that boy sure could sing, and the ladies sure were crazy about him. But he couldn't catch a cold when it came to the RFL could he?

Dont need a dry Ice machine. Get a fan and throw some dry Ice in the creek over there. Instant fog! Good luck in the playoffs!

Can't wait till Friday night. Hemlock always puts a smile on my face ever since the whompascat and I used to go on the prowl up there on weekends right outta high school. We used to have the lady friends of corning/hemlock just flocking to the Ford Granada. Whompas, you should scavenge the junkyards and see if you can find an old Granada for Friday just to see if you still have the skills.

This one goes out to the guys at my old Alma Mater, Miller. Play hard and hold your heads up high. Besides, it's almost basketball season!

Why would you want it to be basketball season...Trimble will probably score a 100 on them in basketball too if they wanted

Re: WK 10 Trimble @ Miller
I'll add one more thing and open a can of worms but I grew up in Shawnee and went to Miller many years ago so I guess I can say it. Isn't it about time this school district was split up? There's not enough population or commerce in southern Perry County to support a high school. We are almost to the point here that we were in the 50's and 60's with school consolidation. New Straitsville kids could go to Logan, Shawnee to New Lex and Corning and Moxie to Crooksville. There is no there there in Southern Perry County anymore. I'd be sad to see it happen but who is foolish enough to say something like this can't/won't happen? The resources of combination outway the autonomy of a rural dying school district.

I never coached Miller. I almost did but I changed my mine. My buddy coached at Miller. You have to draw the line somewhere. I got standards.
