Re: S.O.C II PLAYER OF THE YEAR
I may be way off base, but I don't think coach T stepped into a bad program. Having watched this West senior team play(vs. Waverly) since they were in seventh grade I think most people at West thought they would be a great Sr. class. This class has done eveything that was asked of them. Win or lose in the 2nd round of the playoffs is a tremindious feat by any team. I think coach T (and the rest of the coaching staff, except Qb4) has had a true positive effect on the West progam. I think they have taken this program to a new level.

Maybe 6:30 was disrict and SOC II was not going to be announced until the banquet. I thought they would let the players know before the Gala.

How are the SOC teams picked. Does a head coach nominate and other head coaches vote from those that are nominated.

I know they tell them whether or not they made 1st or 2nd team but I can't remember if they revealed who won the individual awards

Congratulations to all the players that made the SOC and District teams.
The entire West team and the entire West coaching staff deserve recognition!
To fanoftigers, did not mean to offend, sorry, poor choice of words!
